Welcome to Corridgeree Belize Ltd

Named after a family farm in Australia, Corridgeree Belize is situated directly between the Maya Mountains and the Caribbean Sea in Stann Creek District, Belize. This working farm, staffed primarily by the local village of Silk Grass, grows vanilla and cacao for export, plus a variety of fresh produce for local consumption and our Sub Umbra Floreo fine flavor chocolate.  Come and take a farm tour and see tropical regenerative agriculture in action followed by a sampling of our bean to bar chocolate.

Our mission is to promote diversity, sustainable productivity, and foster the long term health of our people and support the ecosystem in Southern Belize.

A key goal for our farm is to showcase improved ways of plant production to farmers in Southern Belize, whose operations are challenged by small footprint and/or low yields, despite being situated where some of the best cacao and vanilla genetics in the world.

Integral to our mission, we aim to attract world class researchers to work alongside our team on these challenges. We encourage researchers with an interest in vanilla, cacao or investigating the incredible biodiversity of southern Belize to contact us regarding use of our laboratory, shade house, greenhouse and fields.
